Weight: 530 lbs to 280 lbs.
Initially, I lost 200 lbs and slowly gained 100 back being content in a relationship. Recently, I was getting nagged by shirts fitting too tight so I started a cut and have since lost 120 lbs in 12 months.
I used the 5-day split.

I enjoy the list of foods I’m able to eat and how the diet is broken down. It makes it easier to understand what your calorie and food intake should be on a cut.
The workouts in Bigger Leaner Stronger are exactly what any weightlifter would love–big and heavy lifts.
I’m far more confident–along with being addicted to fitness and seeing results.
I’d recommend this to anyone looking for solid info on training and nutrition or anyone interested in changing their lifestyle for the better.
Don’t give up! Cutting is beyond hard and you’ll be tempted to eat everything in sight! But in the end, the results are completely worth it.
I have not used any. I didn’t know you guys had supplements.
