What has happened so far on the program?

When I was 4 years old I lost my foot in a lawn mower accident. When you are a child and go through something like that it traumatizes you. You always feeling different and being humiliated in front of other children.

Anxiety, Depression, and No Confidence are just a few of the symptoms that follow. I also have ADHD, which is something I still struggle with even today.

Not only was my foot a part of my life but I tore my ACL in my knee. I had to have two different surgeries on it and it never healed properly.

10 Months ago I started Mikes Program.  I went from 245 lbs at 33% BF, to 164 lbs at 9 to 10% BF. My strength shot through the roof!

When I first started squatting I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it. My ACL in my knee killed me. Now when I squat it does not hurt at all, it doesn’t even feel torn anymore.

Bench went from 175 lbs 4 to 6 reps to 205 lbs 4 to 6 reps.

Squats went from 180 lbs 4 to 6 reps to 295 lbs 4 to 6 reps.

Deadlifts went from 165 lbs 4 to 6 reps to 355 lbs 4 to 6 reps.

Military Press went from 115 lbs 4 to 6 reps to 165 lbs 4 to 6 reps.

I wanted to mention my calf muscles. I ended up having to work one side harder than the other because of my amputation. The muscles were growing differently. So as you can see there was a lot to this for me.

What do you like most about the program?

What I love most about the program is it not only that it works 100%, but it’s not hard at all. I also love the fact that I don’t work as hard as other people in the gym and I have better results. Yes, the program was really easy!

Only doing 4 to 6 reps is another thing that just makes it so much easier. I get to do less and build just as much muscle or more. The results blew me away!

Mike knows exactly what to say and how to say things to grab your attention and motivate you to keep going. I love the fact that he does not just write about weightlifting and weight loss.

He has all kinds of information on his website. I mean even down to what to wear and what hair styles go best with which face shape.

His books are not expensive and all the information and recipes he has online is all free.

Another thing was my calories. This was kind of difficult for me, and I had no idea that counting your calories and macros was so important.

 

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Well for starters I really was not expecting such a drastic change so fast. I have never tried any other programs. Other programs did not intrigue me like Mikes did.

He immediately grabbed my attention and motivated me to try. I never tried another program because I just didn’t have the will or want to.

 

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

There aren’t any words to describe how this program changed my life. It was without a doubt the best thing I have ever done with my life.

I see things now that I never saw before. People tend to look over the bigger picture in life because they get caught up in everyday American habits. They don’t have the willpower or discipline to go above and beyond their goals.

It makes me feel great about myself, when I can look in the mirror and have the confidence in knowing I achieved something! I could not have done it without Mike’s motivation and the loving support of my wife.

 

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I recommend this program to everyone. Men, women, old or young, handicapped, diabetes it doesn’t matter. I promise if you follow the program you will not be disappointed.

Just take a minute and think about how many people will give you so much information on their program for free! How many people will recommend other supplements instead of his own because he cares about helping people? Mike Mathews made something phenomenal! He is changing the workout industry!

If you want something go get it no matter what it may be. Don’t let anything hold you back. In the end the feeling of knowing you didn’t give up on your goals, well there is nothing more rewarding.

    Well, Brandon, I can say without any doubt that when you have your shirt off no female will ever notice your uneven calf muscles. Great job!

    This is awesome and inspiring. Mike in your opinion can these kind of results be obtained faster than 10 months?

    • IDK… He lost 81 pounds and lost 23% BF in ten months. For that amount of time, it’s hard to do better than that without losing muscle.
