Weight: started around 215-220 pounds and got down to 180 pounds.
Body fat: went from about 25% to 16% .
I started with a cut and by my 12th week I had lost 35 pounds.
I plan to get around 10-12% body fat and then start reverse dieting. I have increased my strength a good bit too.
Bench press: 60 pound increase.
Squat: 50 pound increase.
Deadlift: 45 pound increase.
Military press: 45 pound increase.
I used the 5-day split and worked out Monday through Friday in the evenings.
I’ve used this book several times in the past and always loved the results. I tried P90X in the past, which only got me in somewhat better shape, but didn’t really give me what I wanted.

The workouts are outlined for you and they’re awesome. My gym time has become my favorite part of the day.
