I am 39 years old and in 11 months I went from 187 lbs at around 18% body fat to 179 lbs at around 11% body fat, while gaining strength on all my lifts too!
I kept a consistent diet regime during my transformation, and I followed the program about 70% and still achieved pretty decent results.
I followed the 3 day split from the book and ALL my lifts increased by about 20%-25%.
I have been training for years and prior to this book purchased the Dolce Diet, but after looking into more detail the Dolce Diet provided no substance of why and how what the diet worked and how it would achieve a result. I then found Bigger Leaner Stronger, read reviews and bought the book.
I really liked that the program was easy to follow and back by science too.
This program is much better and the main reason was it explains the reasons why you do what you do and the science and evidence based behind them.
I have much more energy, a better immune system, and definitely more attraction from the opposite sex too. 🙂
I already recommend this program many people I see still following bro science as they have no real clue about why they are actually doing what they do.
This program is easy to follow and it works. It has also made a massive improvement into my understanding of real nutrition which, even if you don’t train, will benefit your overall well being.
