I started at 20% body fat and got down to 12-14% body fat. I lost more than 20 pounds all together, while gaining quite a lot of muscle. In the gym I keep progressing, even when cutting.
I think that Mike’s approach to workouts and nutrition is just right, it worked for me.
I never tried any program in the past. I decided to hit the gym and I quickly realized that I needed some advice.
I searched for information and found Mike’s books. I quickly read the free sample in the book store and just kept reading.
It’s more than easy. The point is not making an effort to succeed (and I think Mike would agree), the point is to understand that you have to change your lifestyle if you want to feel good with your body.
You achieve this by understanding nutrition and exercise, not by following rules that you don’t understand. Once you get your mind right, you will ask yourself why you were eating all that s**t. 🙂
I’m more confident of course. I would say even more disciplined in my job. It just feels better 🙂
I recommend this program to everybody. It’s just some knowledge, it really can’t hurt.
