What has happened so far on the program?

I weighed 205 at about 18 percent body fat and in the after picture I weighed 185 at around 10-11% body fat percent.

I’ve been lifting for 5 years I’ve gotten shredded before with a six pack but I got a lot smaller. With Mikes advice I shredded down and got stronger than I’ve ever been before.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The only thing that made me hesitant was whether this information was backed up scientifically, which I quickly found out it was.

What do you like most about the program?

I love that Mike will keep in touch to answer questions and he’s got articles and YouTube videos for every question I’ve had. I would listen to his podcasts for hours at a time just soaking all the information up that I could.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Well I LEARNED so much. I’m pretty confident I know everything you need to know about about fat loss and weight gain. And that’s because it’s not as complex as magazines or trainer’s make it seem. It really just boils down to calories in vs calories out.

It almost seemed to good to be true and I overlooked it the first time I read the book.  I couldn’t believe that I could eat a Twinkies and still get shredded or that I didn’t have to eat every 3 hours and that I could eat late at night and not gain fat.  I’ve learned how the body works on a molecular level and it’s been great having that knowledge.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m more confident, have more energy, and more productive.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Do exactly what the book says… Lift heavy. Keep your workouts short. Do fasted cardio. Count your calories and reverse diet out of a cut. That’s what Mike preaches and it’s what works best.

    Wow. Man you dominated. Did you do any shrugs or the traps are just the result of barbell row and deadlift?

    • I’m not sure if Adam did them, but personally I don’t do them. The traps get hit enough from deadlifts and military pressing.

    I must say Amazing Adam.
    I am also sailing in the same boat (200 pounds) started the program everything is going fine but just not able to get proper protein (only 120gm) 🙁 .
