    Great video as usual ehywhy not callorie ciclyng when cutting to keep strength levels optimal and thereforetherefore retain lbm,is it because the extra deficit on rest day may be counterproductive on that matter(retain LBM)?

    • Thanks! Yeah exactly you can’t really manage the surplus on training days without a LARGE deficit on rest days. I suppose you could surplus a few of your training days instead of all but IMO it’s added unnecessary complexity…

    Hi mike I’ve been taking your multivitamin for about a week now. My urine has been bright green/yellow since lol I’m assuming it’s just an excess of a certain vitamin my body is getting rid of? Nothing to worry about?

    • Bright yellow would normally be from B vitamins as your body pees out what it doesn’t use. Green though?

        Lol it’s more of a bright yellow I suppose. It’s not dangerous to have this excess then?

        • No, it’s normal to pee out a little at least. Depends how well your body absorbs the nutrients. Are you taking with food?

            Yes I always take after my breakfast which is generally around 600 calories
