Should I Do a Quarterly Box?

Should I Do a Quarterly Box?

A couple of MFLers recommended I start doing a Quarterly box and I thought it sounded fun, so I reached out to the company.

The plan is simple: every quarter I would pick my current favorite products for getting stronger, smarter, and happier (workout gear/products, supplements, gadgets/tech, and so forth) and write a personal letter explaining why I’ve chosen each.

Quarterly would then box up my picks and letters and send everything out to all my subscribers.

If this is something you think I should do and you want in on it, let Quarterly know by clicking the link below and joining the “waiting list.” Once there are 1,500 sign ups the whole gig will go live!

hi Mike! its said that you have to reduce 300-500 calories daily for a healthy fat loss of about to 1 lb per week. in this case i would like to state that for eg if I consume 2500cals daily, so starting from Monday i have to reduce 500cal daily, so by saturday i have to reduce 3000cals or by friday i need to reduce 2500cals. can you plz explain this??? and also till what caloric base level do i have to reduce. my current stats are bmi-30, bf-29%, ht-172, wt-82kgs. (Indian) (Male)

No no you want to maintain a 20 to 25% calorie deficit, so if you burned 2500 calories per day you would eat 2000 every day and see how far it gets you and then, once you’ve plateaued, adjust activity or intake.

I don’t get it. Besides marketing purposes for companies who would like to send out their samples, why would anyone do this? You basically send out unlimited boxes of stuff to people. What is the benefit?

    • Michael Matthews

      No samples. Full retail products.
