    What are the names of the fiction books again?

    You can do single arm dumbbell overhead press, I tried regular but you just cant overload it.

    • I wouldn’t say that dumbbell pressing is inherently safer than BB pressing. And especially not with shoulder pressing.

    When I have an occasional bad day, my weight goes up by 10-15 pounds similar to what Jerome said he experienced. In such cases how much of that can actually be fat? many times it takes over a week to drop all that weight.

    • I’d say that you probably can’t gain more than a pound of fat per day regardless of how much food you eat.

    Really liked the explanations but I’d like to see it explained with an actual body than with your hands, just to be sure I’m understanding it properly.

    Hi Mike, thanks for all the info, these are great.

    As a 43 yr old with family the idea of squatting 2x week fills me with dread.

    I’ve been training PPL for a few months and would like to increase frequency for my upper body.

    Is it valid to do this for a few months…

    Monday: Upper (heavy)
    Wednesday: Lower
    Friday: Upper (lighter)

    I have a bit of lower belly fat that just will not go away as hard as I workout and cut. I’ve been wondering if maybe I can get rid of that little fat by simply reverse dieting but I am not sure and I don’t want to give up on it just yet. What would you recommend so I can finally get rid of it.

    I haven’t listened to the podcast yet but i saw the words “gym pet peeves” and i had to post this pic…
    This guy hogged the rack for at least 30 minutes. I approached him when he was sitting like this and asked him how many more sets he had. “I have two, but i’m taking a long break”. No problem, i think, i’m down with the 3 minutes rest between sets…so i told him i’d come back. I went away, did 3 sets of another exercise, came back and STILL waited 20 minutes for him to finish. I only actually saw him do one set.

    I was wondering, what is your opinion on Instant Oatmeal? Would you consider this a good source of carbs or would you consider it more of a junk food? I’m asking because it is a processed food and opinions on it vary quite a bit.
