A lot of Italian recipes are thought of as comfort food, but steak is rarely on the menu. However, it only takes a few ingredients to prepare a thick T-bone steak in Italian style.

One of them of course is olive oil, which gets brushed onto the grilling meat using sprigs of fresh rosemary.

    These all sound awesome! Are the calories for the Grilled Tip Sirloin Steak with Mango Salsa correct? If 2lbs of meat serve 4, that’s 8oz, which seems low, even for a lean sirloin steak.

    they all look awesome. have you ever heard of/ tried biltong? its sort of like beef jerkey & depending on the cut of meat used you get something like 50g of protein & 5g of fat per 100g. plus it tastes frikkin epic

  • Mike as another food blogger who is not happy to find that you have posted one of my copyrighted photos and my complete recipe with my copyrighted instructions (Crock Pot Italian Swiss Steak) on your website I am going to have to request that you remove it immediately.

    I have to agree with Kirsten as an author yourself I don’t think you would be happy to find that I shared the full contents of one of your books on my website. There is a correct way to source and share copyrighted recipes and this is not the way to do it.

    • I’d rather people get fiber from foods like fruit, veg, whole grains, etc.
