    Hello Mike,

    how would one integrate a Wing Chun (Chinese kung fu) into your Bigger Leaner Stronger program? The Wing Chun is low-intensity cardio. Would I drop one of my HIIT sessions and go to the Wing Chun class instead? I want to have a nice body like yours, but I also would like to learn some self-defense. I was wondering if one could combine your program with some martial art. I would like to do the 5 Split from your “Bigger Leaner Stronger Year One Challenge”and mix that Wing Chun stuff in there.
