    Hey, Mike! Have you had a look at Anthony Colpo’s section on muscle growth and training on his blog? He gives out a few research citations suggesting that high rep sets can maximize hyperthrophy and overall has interesting content. Can you have a look and share what you think about his claims? Espeially his take on Cholesterol is very intriguing.

    Hi Mike,

    I really like your formulation and dosing of Triumph, and I love that you included adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Rhodiola to boot. Would you consider tweaking the dosage delivery by splitting Triumph into an AM and PM multi?

    There’s this multivitamin that Ben Greenfield recommends called Exos Multi-Vitamin Elite, and they sell those as twin supplements taken in the morning and in the evening, respectively. It just seems to be a good idea to take certain nutrients in the morning and others at night.

    I wonder if you’ve looked into something like this when formulating Triumph.
