  • The standing thing has been a big issue for me. I’m a software developer so I would ordinarily sit all day, and 98% of colleagues at my current client do. I use a Stand Steady standing desk platform at home and work on top of my existing desk and use the CumulusPro Commercial Grade mat, which is fantastic. Then I stack my monitors on cardboard boxes at the necessary height. I even stand when I work from Starbucks, which has resulted in a couple amusing conversations with confused people.

    Oh yeah, about the new website…when can we see shipping from EU? I really want Legion products! But the shipping price then the VAT tag from customs really sucks! (out of your control, I know) Yeah, moan moan…just want to know an update, haha.

      I’m in the middle of talks with another shipping company. If it all works out, it’ll bring down the cost of shipping by a good amount. 🙂

    can i take HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE ELITE as a pre workout and Creatine as a post workout?
    i am confused as both requires extreme amount of water and hydrox provide weight loss and Creatine increase the water weight ,..
    Wating for your answer.

        I am from INDIA and LEGION supplements are not available here so i bought muscle-tech for yohimbine and just wanted to make sure is this a good option OR i should consider any other yohimbine supplement , i will finish my BLS this month .

        • You know I’m not sure if I totally trust MT to be honest. Hard to find companies to trust. Fortunately you don’t need supplements to do well on the program…

    Did I hear correctly that you are considering relocating to Virginia/DC area? I have lived here in Northern VA for the past 14 years and love the area. Huge fan of your work – would love to get involved somehow if you need someone local to DC/VA for anything.

      Yeah I love the DC/MD/VA area and am planning on moving next spring with that area top on my list. Let’s definitely stay in touch.
