What has happened so far on the program?

I decided to lower my fat percentage before start a clean bulk. My metabolism is very fast, but before Bigger Leaner Stronger I never managed to lower from 10% body fat.

In three months I managed to lose my 12% to 7.4%. That was amazing to me. Besides my legs have improved in two months longer than in years.

What do you like most about the program?

The part of nutrition. It opened a new world for me. I realized I was not eating the amount of protein needed, and taught me to understand the different types of carbohydrates and when to eat them.

BLS taught me exercises I never did before and now they have become my favorites such as Squat and Deadlift.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I had been looking for a long time for a good book of training. I had read books 3 times more expensive than Bigger Leaner Stronger and they had half of the useful information, so there was no excuse not to read it.

About the program, what I had trouble understanding was that the training and the rep range were so short. That was new for me. I kept researching that. I started to compare the training mode of magazines, in contrast with the natural bodybuilders training, and finally I could only conclude that BLS was right.

What are three other benefits of the program?

1) The progressive overload system keeps me always motivated, and makes me push my limits every new day.

2) My strength has skyrocketed and is encouraging to see big men at gym lifting less weight than me.

3) Besides the book: Bigger Leaner Stronger and Cardio Sucks has taught me very quick and effective methods of doing cardio even at home.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Of course. Would recommend to all those people who love to train and really want to improve their body, and they are tired of getting stuck. It really will change your lifestyle.

Actually I have to thank Mike for all he has taught me. He is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. Learning does not end when you read one of his books.

He always answer any questions you may have. He really cares about the progress of the people who read his books. I talk constantly with him via Twitter, and he is always there to answer my questions and to motivate me. That can not be paid with money, now I can consider him a friend of mine.

There are no magic formulas, only dedication, discipline, hard work and most importantly: knowledge. BLS and Mike have given us the knowledge, we should do the rest. My next goal: keep improving and I hope to compete on fitness contests one day.
