I have gotten significantly stronger, have surpassed my plateaus and have never looked better in my life.
On the Bigger Leaner Stronger program I have managed consistent week by week fat loss of 0.5kg (1lbs) a week with minimal muscle loss.
At least four of the exercises have met or passed my own body weight. I have also greatly improved my blood pressure and cholesterol!
